We recommend measuring the circumference of your finger and comparing it to a ruler in the following way:

1. Find a piece of non-stretchy string about 6″ long, and 1/4″ wide.
2. Wrap it snugly around the base of the finger you want to wear it on.
3. Using a pen, mark the point on the string where it overlaps, forming a complete circle.
4. Measure the length of string on a ruler in millimeters. If you don’t have a physical ruler handy, use this virtual one.
5. Size 6=16.5mm; Size 7=17.3mm; Size 8=18.2mm; Size 9=18.9mm; Size 10=19.8mm

We recommend ordering the size down. Silicone is flexible and tends to relax after wearing it for a few days.

We only offer full sizes, so there’s a chance your ring won’t fit perfectly.

If it is a little too snug or too loose, try wearing it on a different finger. You might like it! Silicone does stretch slightly, so after wearing a tight ring for a few days it might stretch to fit perfectly.

If you are very dissatisfied with how your ring fits, or you ordered the wrong size, don’t worry. We can send you a new one in one of our other sizes. Please don’t return it, but instead pass it along to someone who will appreciate the ocean sentiment.

We will only replace a ring that doesn’t fit once.

We are sorry. Due to production costs and recent launch, we are only able to offer a limited set of sizes.

The majority of people fit ring sizes 6 through 10. If you wear a size smaller than a 6, you can wear this ring on a different finger that is a bit larger or choose to order the pendant instead.

If you need a larger size than a 10, you might want to wait until we have more size options available or choose the pendant instead.

Blue Rings are hand-crafted from a lightweight silicone that’s hypo-allergenic, food-grade, non-toxic, and durable. This versatile ring is meant to move with you and endure active lifestyles.

We wear ours scuba diving, running, rock climbing, and doing plenty of other things a ring made of most other materials couldn’t handle.  

Absolutely. We plan to sell a few other products including but not limited to bamboo utensil sets, t-shirts made from recycled ghost fishing nets, and collapsible travel water bottles.

We will continue developing other ideas, so if there’s something you feel strongly would make for a great Blue Ring product, please send us a message and we’ll take it under consideration.

Once you have placed your Blue Ring order, you can expect your ring or pendant to ship out within five business days. It’s hard to predict exactly how long your order will take to arrive.

International orders take longer to arrive, but two weeks is a good guess.  

It’s technically possible, but difficult due to the way Ecwid processes funds. We are unable to issue you a refund directly and would instead need to send money to you via PayPal.

Honestly though, we can’t imagine any reason why would you want a refund from helping the ocean, so no worries! And if you have any issues, please contact us so we can figure it out.
